Kathy Pedersen, Owner and Chef of On Occasion Catering and Events, has a long history of menu planning, event catering, gourmet food preparation, and event management.

Each event menu is individually tailored to your desires and needs. We take pride in the careful preparation of each menu item, using only the freshest ingredients.  We bake our own breads, make our own sauces, decorate our own cakes, and expertly present each plate to ensure your guests are served the very best!
